How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

Standard Shipping

You will receive your products at your doorstep within 18 to 25 days after the date of payment is made.

Custom Orders

If you order a special-made-to-measure item, it might take a little extra time to prepare. Our team will let you know the exact timeline for your unique piece once all the information provided by you for the item is reviewed.

Delays: Note: There may be delays in case of unforeseen weather conditions or a large volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during such situations. If your package has not arrived within the specified period, please contact us at sales@lucaccileather.com so we can look into it for you.

Premium Courier Services

Your clothes are in safe hands! We only partner with the fastest and most reliable global delivery companies in the world, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.

Security Note: For safety and security reasons, our delivery partners cannot ship packages to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes. Please make sure to provide a physical home or work address when you check out.

Tracking Your Package

As soon as you buy your item, we will send you a quick confirmation email to show that we received your payment. Once our team inspects, packs, and ships your order, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to watch your package travel all the way to your house!

Duty and Customs Fees

We ship all of our global orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that if your country charges any local customs fees, import taxes, or government duties, these costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchasing.

Need to Change Your Address?

If you made a mistake and need to change your shipping address, you must act fast! Please contact us via email at sales@lucaccileather.com or +852 9290 6040 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your package is dispatched and on the truck, we cannot change the address from our end, and you will need to contact the courier company directly to see if they can help.

What if You Miss the Delivery?

If the courier tries to drop off your package and you are not home, don’t worry! You can contact the delivery company directly using your tracking info to set up a new delivery time that works for you. Just keep in mind that if you ignore their messages and do not arrange a redelivery, the package will eventually be sent all the way back to us.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

We look over every single item in our inventory with care before it leaves our warehouse. However, if your package gets damaged while en route to you, we will make it right immediately! Kindly send us the photos of the problem that occurred and contact us at sales@lucaccileather.com within 3 business days from the date of arrival.
