• How does one pay for their order?
  Visit the website and choose the desired product with the correct size and color. A customer has the option to pay through mastercard, visa, American express, PayPal and discover cards as well.
  
  
• Is there a possibility of changing the order?
  You can change your order before the shipment of the parcel with your order details, such as the name, contact number and order number. 
  
  
• Where is the order confirmation sent?
  The order confirmation is sent via email that has all the order details, such as order number, price and shipping details and charges.
  
  
• How safe is your website?
  We ensure all information to be kept private; therefore, we tend to use an additional security with SSL (secure socket layer) that provides us with an end to end encryption. On the other hand, you use the most trusted and secure method of payment that is PayPal.
  
  
• When will I receive my package?
  It takes around 4 to 8 business days for the delivery of the package.
  
  
• Where do we ship?
  We are shipping globally, but there are a few exceptions, and we prefer not to deliver at PO Box and APO/ FPO addresses due to security issues.
  
  
• How can you confirm the order receival?
  Our tech support sends an email confirmation after you place the order.
  
  
• What if you do not receive an email for confirmation of order?
  You can get in touch with the customer service regarding the process and further guidance regarding the issue. 
  
  
• How does one track their order?
  You are sent an email with the tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
  
  
• Can you cancel your order?
  Our policy of order cancellation is quite strict, as you can cancel it within the first day and there would be no deduction. But if the order is not dispatched and you still have to cancel, there is a flat 25 % deduction.

• Is there a possibility of exchange for a different item?
  You can review the guidelines regarding the exchange policies.

• Can you use coupons?
  You can avail the coupons by typing in the promo codes in all caps locks.
  
  
• Is there a chance of custom sizes?
  Our suits and tuxedos can be tailored to your desired sizes.
  
  
• Is there a need to pay the courier service?
  There is no need to pay where there is free shipment.
