Please note that Lucacci Leather (www.lucaccileather.com) is governed and maintained by The Leisure Clothing Fashion LLC, a UAE-based company that operates under local governing law. Any disputes arising from this website will be controlled by UAE law.
Dispatch Policy
We try to have orders sent out within 10 to 15 days. However, this time frame might shift based on the time of year, the amount of work we have on our end, and how long it takes for your payment to clear.
In addition, the shipping of customized orders may need a few more days beyond the standard time frame. We believe keeping you updated while your order is being processed is essential. Consequently, when you make a purchase on our webpage, we will send you an email to confirm the transaction and inform you of the expected delivery date.
Delivery Time
We will do everything possible to get your package to you quickly. Remember that the time it takes to deliver an item to a certain place might vary, so please be patient and believe us when we verify your purchase, the dispatch date, and the delivery time.
On the other hand, the time it takes to deliver a package to one of our clients might range from 10 to 15 business days on average.
We do not deliver or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Return and Exchange

Exchanging an Item
