After we receive and examine your return, which typically takes around 72 hours, we will initiate the exchange order process. Your exchanged order should arrive at your doorstep within 15-20 business days. 

In the case of refunds, it usually takes about 7 business days to process after approval. You will receive an email once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our end. 

The refunded amount will only be returned to your original payment method and may take anywhere from 10 to 20 days to show up, depending on your payment method.

  Please be aware that we cannot offer reimbursement for any local taxes or duties that the government may impose.

Any changes, such as altering the color or leather type of the item, will make it non-returnable. These pieces are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be returned, but alterations may be possible.
  • Worn or altered items are not eligible for return. Please inspect jackets upon arrival and contact us before initiating returns.
