You have a generous window of 30 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. Within this 30-day timeframe, you can return or exchange your purchased item for a complete refund or an alternative product.

At Lucacci Leather, our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering, and we extend the opportunity for a refund or return in the following scenarios:

• If you receive the wrong product.
• If your products have some defects.
• If your product is damaged during shipping.
• If you suspect any tampering or changes.

For defective items, please contact us within 24 hours after product delivery. Your satisfaction is essential; we’re here to quickly assist you with any issues.

After we receive and examine your return, which typically takes around 72 hours, we will initiate the exchange order process. Your exchanged order should arrive at your doorstep within 15-20 business days. 

In the case of refunds, it usually takes about 7 business days to process after approval. You will receive an email once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our end. 

The refunded amount will only be returned to your original payment method and may take anywhere from 10 to 20 days to show up, depending on your payment method.

Note: 

  Please be aware that we cannot offer reimbursement for any local taxes or duties that the government may impose. 

  If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send back to us. 

  However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly cover the costs of sending a replacement to you. 

  Please remember that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item to be eligible for this service.

Non-Refundable Articles

• Please note that custom-tailored or made-to-measure items and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Any changes, such as altering the color or leather type of the item, will make it non-returnable. These pieces are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be returned, but alterations may be possible.
• Worn or altered items are not eligible for return. Please inspect jackets upon arrival and contact us before initiating returns.

Cancellation Policy

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed and transferred back to the original payment mode used by the customer. However, it is important to note that the refund transfer process may take up to 20 days to be completed.
