You have a generous 30 days from the date your package arrives to ask for a return or an exchange. Inside this 30-day window, you can send your item back to get a full refund or a different size or style.

When Can You Ask for a Return or Exchange?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if:

• The item has a factory defect.
• We sent you the wrong color, style, or product.
• The product was damaged while shipping to your house.
• You are not 100% happy with how the clothing fits or looks.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us at sales@lucaccileather.com within 3 business days after receiving the package. Your satisfaction is essential, and our team is here to cater to any issues you have.

How Long Does It Take?

After we receive and examine your return, which typically takes around 72 hours, we will start your exchange order. Your fresh new outfit should arrive at your doorstep within 15 to 30 business days.

In the case of refunds, it usually takes about 10 business days to process after approval. You will receive an email once your return has been received, inspected, and approved by us. The refunded amount will only be sent back to your original payment method and may take 10 to 20 days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

Please Note:

• We are not responsible for any local taxes or duties that the government may charge.
• If you wish to exchange or return your purchase because of a size or style choice, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to send it back to us.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly cover the costs of sending a replacement to you. Just remember that you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item to be eligible for this free service.

Things That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that custom-tailored, made-to-measure items and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Any changes you request, such as altering the color or material type of the item, will make it non-returnable. These pieces are crafted especially for you and cannot be resold, though minor alterations might be possible.

Worn, washed, or altered items are also not eligible for a return. Please inspect the product right when it arrives and contact us before initiating any returns.

• After your request is approved, our support team will provide you with the correct return procedure and address.
• Select an insured courier service and prepay the shipping costs.
• Complete the return form with all the necessary details.

Quick Order Cancellations

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. If you cancel in time, your refund will be processed and transferred straight back to the original payment card you used. Please note that the refund transfer process can take up to 20 days to be fully completed by the banks.
